Jeangu Macrooy was born on November 6 1993 in Paramaribo, Suriname. In 2011, he formed the band Between Towers with his twin brother Xillian. Their first and only album "Stars on My Radio" was released in 2013. After having studied at the Conservatory of Suriname in Paramaribo for two years, Jeangu moved to the Netherlands in 2014 to study.
